Welcome to our new members

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce is very pleased to welcome two new members to our Swedish-Dutch community. The Honorary Consulate of Sweden North joins as a corporate member. In addition, we are pleased to present Pontus Gäbel as a new personal member. We wish them both a warm welcome and look forward to meeting them at our upcoming events!

   

SWE and NL in the top of new Gender Equality Index

Sweden attains the highest randking in the new Gender Equality Index 2023 Report from European Institute for Gender Equality, followed by the Netherlands. This year's thematic focus is just transition in relation to the European Green Deal's impact on gender equality, amidst ongoing crises.

The Swedish Chamber's esteemed Patron member, Tetra Pak, has unveiled its 15th annual index, "The Future of Health and Nutrition: Consumer Attitudes, Trends, and the Potential for New Food." Drawing insights from discussions with 5000 consumers, Tetra Pak reveals compelling findings. Sharing Sweden launching new useful toolkit for promoting Brand Sweden

The Netherlands' Business Climate Survey 2023 revealed that 89% of respondents credit the brand Sweden for significantly contributing to their business. Excitingly, the Swedish Institute has unveiled a new platform featuring toolkits, imagery, presentations, and more, aiding organizations in leveraging the Swedish brand. Straight from COP28 to fireside talk at SweCham Sustainability & Innovation Summit December 15, 2023!

We are very proud to present that the Swedish Chamber Sustainability & Innovation Summit 2023 "Driving the Green Transition Together" will be opened by Mattias Frumerie, Climate Ambassador and Head of Delegation to UNFCCC at the Swedish Ministry of Climate and Enterprise, and H.R.H Prince Jaime de Bourbon de Parme, Climate Envoy of the Netherlands, Ministry of Economy and Climate, the Netherlands. As forefront representatives for Sweden and the Netherlands, Frumerie and Bourbon de Parme will contribute with key outcomes and actions ahead straight from the UN Climate Change Conference COP28 in Dubai, which precedes the Swedish Chamber Summit by a few weeks.
