A conversation with business executive Tord Magnuson about the value of mentorship 

”It is amazing to watch intelligent young people grow and see them dare new things” says Swedish business executive Tord Magnuson. Parallel to his engagement in Swedish businesses and foundations such as WPO and Interpeace, Tord Magnuson has a passion for mentoring young entrepreneurs. When Tord Magnuson last visited the Swedish Chamber, he shared his perspective on mentorship and expressed that: “I stay in close touch with many young people, especially from the suburbs in Stockholm. Many of them have great ideas and potential but just need someone to talk to, and a helping hand. I think helping and staying engaged is exciting and fun, and I like to make use of my network and resources".

”Businesses play a key role in the green transitions, and they need to be included in the conversations” says H.R.H. Sweden: Global leader in carbon pricing

It is an a non-profit initiative, created in alignment with UN's 2030 Agenda goals. This year's lunch centers on the imperative of global peace as a catalyst for sustainable development. 

Gothenburg Takes the Lead as Mentor City in Europe's Green Transition

Gothenburg, recognized for its leadership in sustainability, joins the European Commission's Intelligent Cities Challenge as one of ten chosen mentor cities. Under the initiative, Gothenburg will guide 65 European cities in fostering innovation for the green transition, aligning with the EU's Green Deal.
