Decision-Making

in Sweden and

the Netherlands

We are pleased to share the latest blog from our Member Company, Beyondo, on Swedish and Dutch cultural traditions, focusing on decision-making processes in both countries and what companies need to know.

In Sweden, decision-making is often a collaborative process. The Swedish business culture emphasizes consensus, where input from all team members is valued before reaching a decision.

In contrast, the Dutch approach is more direct and pragmatic, emphasising efficiency and straightforwardness. Dutch business culture values quick decision-making with a clear focus on practicality and achieving results.
